In order to take care of the communication between you and your customers, Ingresse will send automated e-mails depending of each action they perform. Because of that, you can start to offer all of our services without worry about sending the purchase confirmation or ticket transferring e-mail.
With you choose to develop the e-mails by yourself, you can disable the e-mails. Below you can find all the e-mails Ingresse will send:

- Tickets bought through ticketbooth
